At K-Fastigheter, we take property management duties very seriously. Our focus as a manager is to be close to our customers, which means a high standard of service for all our tenants. They should feel confident that they can always get hold of us if anything unexpected occurs. We therefore work single-mindedly to provide local management that is characterised by high service levels and accessibility. Part of this work includes our investment in a new website on which tenants can easily submit fault reports, see vacant apartments and premises and access other services relating to accommodation.
The fact that we build most of our properties according to a well-documented concept is a big advantage for us. It allows us control over vital parts of the value chain – from the smallest spare part to domestic appliances and construction solutions. Our various properties are therefore extremely reliable.
In order to guarantee improvement, sustainability and product development, we obtain regular feedback from our tenants. Every year we conduct a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) questionnaire survey that includes questions on matters such as the indoor environment, public areas and service. K-Fastigheter has been named “Landlord of the Year” by the Swedish Union of Tenants newspaper Hem & Hyra. This information is then forwarded to our Project Development and Construction departments.
