Mr. Jacob Karlsson is President and CEO of K-Fastigheter and responsible for the company’s daily operations, in accordance with the provisions of the Swedish Companies Act and the Board’s guidelines and instructions. The Group management members each have clear responsibility for effectively securing and working for K-Fastigheter’s interests and strategy.

Jacob Karlsson

Founder of K-Fastigheter. President since 2010 and CEO.

Education: Courses with financial orientation at Kristianstad University, Linnaeus University and Lund University.

Additional experience: Prior to founding K-Fastigheter in 2010, Jacob Karlsson was investment adviser at Länsförsäkringar.

Other current assignments: Board member of K-Fast Holding AB, Brinova Fastigheter AB, Mjöbäcks Entreprenad AB, Novum Samhällsfastigheter AB and Swedish Logistic Property AB.

Martin Larsson

CFO since 2018 and Deputy CEO. Employed 2018.

Education: Master’s degree in International Financial Economics and Bachelor’s degree in International Macroeconomics at Lund University.

Additional experience: Experience from Swedish as well as international banking operations 1999-2018.

Other current assignments: Board member and owner of Martin Larsson Holding AB. Chair of Homesystem Sverige AB, Board member of Emrahus AB and Emra Gruppen AB.

Niclas Bagler

Deputy CEO and head of business segment Construction. Employed.

Education: Civil Engineering, Advanced Leadership Training (Skanska STEP) at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Risk Management Training at King’s College in London, UK.

Additional experience: Deputy CEO, Country Manager Sweden, and COO of BoKlok Housing AB, Vice President Risk Management at Skanska AB, Commercial Manager at Costain Skanska JV for CSC Shopping Centre in Uxbridge and King’s College Hospital in Brixton, as well as various roles within Skanska in Sweden.

Leif Astikainen

COO and HR Director. Employeed 2021.

Education: SBL Management for construction and real estate at SSE Executive Education, and the Swedish Defence University, higher education program.

Additional experience: HR and management within the Finja Group 2004–2020. Worked in DINOL and EFTEC and as a major in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Education: Master of Science in Engineering, Lund University.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics – Auditor/Controller at Kristianstad University.

Additional experience: Jimmy Fröberg was previously Group Accounting Manager at Stena Fastigheter. Prior to that he worked as Group Financial Controller at Serneke and as a Certified Public Accountant at PwC.
