Since 2016, the K-Fastigheter’s auditor has been Ernst & Young Aktiebolag (“EY”), which was re-elected at the 2020 AGM for the time until the end of the next AGM. The principal accountant at EY is Peter von Knorring, authorized public accountant and member of FAR. EY hold no shares or any financial instruments of K-Fastigheter.
