Why Whistleblow?

At K-Fast Group, we strive to maintain an open and transparent workplace where misconduct should not occur. By providing an opportunity to whistleblow, we ensure this together. Who Can Report?

In simple terms, you can report misconduct if you are or have been affiliated with the K-Fast Group. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our Whistleblowing Policy.

What Can Be Reported?

We encourage whistleblowing if you suspect misconduct within the company that is in the public interest to reveal. For complaints that do not concern public interest, you should instead contact your immediate manager, a member of the company’s management team, or the HR or Legal department. If you are unsure, we recommend reading our Whistleblowing Policy. You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.

How Are Reports Handled?

Reports are handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be retained as long as necessary. Cases are initially managed by Advokatfirman VICI AB’s whistleblowing unit to guarantee independent handling, after which internal contacts at our company may take over the case.
