Capital Market Day 2024

On May 2, 2024, K-Fastigheter held a Capital Markets Day in Stockholm.
During the event, CEO Jacob Karlsson and Deputy CEO/CFO Martin Larsson presented the company’s new strategy and business plan for the period 2024–2028. Based on the new business plan, the company will be organized into two main business areas: Contracting (including the business units Project Development, Prefab, and Construction) and Property Management. Additionally, within the scope of the Contracting operations, the Group will construct its concept buildings not only for internal use but also for external clients.

Business unit heads Martin Johannesson (Property Management), Åsa Fredin (Project Development), Eric Johansson (Construction), and Stefan Paulsson (Prefab) spoke about their respective areas and what the new business plan means for their operations.
