K-Fastigheter’s Project Development business area deals with everything from land and property acquisitions, local development plan processes, construction permits, planning for Construction and subsequently handover to Management.
Operations are characterised above all by the company’s aim to identify construction rights in markets with high demand. Investments take place primarily in concept buildings that we ourselves have developed and in existing property stock where K-Fastigheter’s concept means a quality shift to a more sustainable stock with more stable value and greater earning capacity.
Project development is the unit at K-Fastigheter that is responsible for the implementation of projects including complete acquisitions, responsibility for preparation of local development plans and construction permits, carrying on design and acting as an internal client of Construction during the contract period. The project managers lead the internal project group, coordinate the external consultants engaged in the project and assume responsible for ensuring that the set targets in the project in terms of finance and time are achieved.
Solid preparatory work enables K-Fastigheter to provide secure homes for future tenants and lay the foundations for a high degree of utilisation of the various construction rights and an economically efficient construction process under its own management.
At K-Fastigheter, we work single-mindedly on continuous product development. Feedback of experience from previous projects is also important in this context.
