Eric Johansson and Åsa Fredin moves their ownership in K-Fastigheter to Swedish endowment insurances
Eric Johansson, Head of business area Construction, and Åsa Fredin, Head of business area Project Development at K-Fast Holding AB (publ), have during August 26th, through their respective fully owned companies Aalto Holding AB and Åsa Fredin AB moved their ownership in K-Fastigheter to a respective Swedish endowment insurance. This will be reported in the PDMR transactions register at Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). The transfer is only internally in Aalto Holding AB and Åsa Fredin AB whereby Eric Johansson and Åsa Fredins ownership in K-Fastigheter remain the same.
