K-Fastigheter has established a green financial framework that gives the company the opportunity to issue debt instruments such as green bonds and other financial instruments to finance and refinance real estate projects and properties.

The framework determines what can be financed with green financial instruments and, among other things, how reporting for such investments should take place.

Second-Party Opinion

The company has obtained a second-party opinion from S&P Global. The framework has been given a rating of Light Green.

Green Bonds

K-Fast Holding AB has issued senior unsecured green bonds in the amount of SEK 500,000,000 for 2025-2028.
