CEO and Group management
Mr. Jacob Karlsson is President and CEO of K-Fastigheter and responsible for the company’s daily operations, in accordance with the provisions of the Swedish Companies Act and the Board’s guidelines and instructions. The Group management members each have clear responsibility for effectively securing and working for K-Fastigheter’s interests and strategy.
Jacob Karlsson
Founder of K-Fastigheter. President since 2010 and CEO.
Education: Courses with financial orientation at Kristianstad University, Linnaeus University and Lund University.
Additional experience: Prior to founding K-Fastigheter in 2010, Jacob Karlsson was investment adviser at Länsförsäkringar.
Other current assignments: Board Member of HOMEstate AB, Mjöbäcks Entreprenad AB, Novum Samhällsfastigheter AB and Swedish Logistic Property AB.
Shareholding in K-Fastigheter, including related parties: 11,250,000 class A shares and 65,552,000 class B shares.
Martin Larsson
CFO since 2018 and Deputy CEO since 2019.
Education: Master’s degree in International Financial Economics and Bachelor’s degree in International Macroeconomics at Lund University.
Additional experience: Experience from Swedish as well as international banking operations since the early 2000’s.
Other current assignments: Board member and owner of Martin Larsson Holding AB. Board Member of Emrahus AB and Emra Gruppen AB.

Niclas Bagler
Deputy CEO Construction since 2024.
Education: Civil Engineering, Advanced Leadership Training (Skanska STEP) at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Risk Management Training at King’s College in London, UK.
Additional experience: Deputy CEO, Country Manager Sweden, and COO of BoKlok Housing AB, Vice President Risk Management at Skanska AB, Commercial Manager at Costain Skanska JV for CSC Shopping Centre in Uxbridge and King’s College Hospital in Brixton, as well as various roles within Skanska in Sweden.

Leif Astikainen
COO in the Group since 2023. HR manager in the Group since 2021. Prior to that vice president and HR manager in the subsidiary K-Prefab AB.
Education: SBL Management for construction and real estate at SSE Executive Education, and the Swedish Defence University, higher education program
Additional experience: HR and management within the Finja Group 2004–2020. Worked in DINOL and EFTEC and as a major in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Martin Johannesson
Born in 1974. Head of business area Property Management since 2021.
Education: Master of Science in Engineering, Lund University.
Additional experiences: Experience from, among others, Akademiska Hus and from operational property management in roles such as property manager and head of property management with both commercial premises and housing.

Åsa Fredin
Head of business area Project Development since 2016.
Education: Upper secondary school..
Additional experience: Åsa Fredin was previously at the city-planning department at Hässleholm municipality, Sweden.

Amar Pasovic
Acting Head of business area Building since October 2025
Education: Degree from Construction- and property economics program – Halmstad University
Additional experiences: Came to K-Fastigheter in 2018 from a role as project leader at Skandinaviska Byggelement. Head of building in Region South at K-Fastigheter since 2021.
Other current assignments: Owner and board member of Amar Pasovic AB. Board member Wood on Wall Holding AB and Wood on Wall Sweden AB.

Stefan Paulsson
CEO of K-Prefab AB och Head of business area prefab since 2023.
Education: Civil engineering, Lund University.
Additional experiences: Employed in what is now K-Prefab since 2006. Has held positions such as structural engineer Head of design department, regional manager, deputy CEO and COO.

Jimmy Fröberg
Head of Group Accounting since 2022.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics – Auditor/Controller at Kristianstad University.
Additional experience: Jimmy Fröberg was previously Group Accounting Manager at Stena Fastigheter. Prior to that he worked as Group Financial Controller at Serneke and as a Certified Public Accountant at PwC.

Magnus Persson
Business Development manager since 2021.
Education: Separate courses at Kristianstad University and Real Estate Studies at Malmö University.
Additional experience: BoKlok/Skanska as, among others, Marketing area manager and Business Development manager and part of BoKlok’s Swedish management team, Länsförsäkringar fastighetsförmedling, Modulenthus and NCC.

Anders Antonsson
Head of IR & Communications since October 2025.
Education: Bachelor of Social Sciences from Lund University.
Additional experiences: Anders Antonsson is a communications consultant with several years of experience in investor relations and communications. He was Head of IR & communications at K-Fastigheter 2019-2022 and has had similar assignments for listed companies in the real estate, shipping, and food industries.

Camilla Wiksten
General Counsel since 2021.
Education: Master of Laws from Lund University.

Henrik Gustafsson
