About K-Fastigheter<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We are more than a property company.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

K-Fastigheter is a young and dynamic group established in 2010, with the vision of owning and managing the most attractive rental apartments on the market. In 2021, K-Fastigheter acquired the structural contracting company K-Prefab.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

K-Fastigheter is a young and expansive company founded in 2010 with the vision of owning and managing the market’s most attractive rental apartments. In 2021, K-Fastigheter acquired the structural contractor K-Prefab.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Group\u2019s operations include active property management, project development, in-house construction, and the production of prefabricated concrete frames. Today, we employ approximately 550 people across the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through our concept-based construction and the fact that we control the entire value chain \u2014 from project development and prefabrication to construction and, ultimately, property management \u2014 we are able to continuously improve and develop our product over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K-Fast Holding AB\u2019s Class B share has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since November 2019 under the ticker symbol KFAST B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look ahead to an exciting journey for our Group, guided in part by our business plan for the years 2024\u20132028. This new plan marks a strategic shift from building exclusively for our own management portfolio to also offering completed residential properties for sale to external customers, based on the Group\u2019s concept buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Business Areas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The division into the business areas Contracting and Property Management is intended to highlight that K-Fastigheter is much more than just a real estate company, and to clarify the value created within the Group\u2019s Contracting operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Contracting business area includes the segments Project Development, Prefabrication, and Construction. Property Management constitutes a separate business area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K-Fastigheter’s Project Development handles everything from land and property acquisitions, detailed planning processes, building permits, planning to Construction and then handing over to our Administration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
