Financing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

K-Fastigheter has established a green financial framework that gives the company the opportunity to issue debt instruments such as green bonds and other financial instruments to finance and refinance real estate projects and properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The framework determines what can be financed with green financial instruments and, among other things, how reporting for such investments should take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second-Party Opinion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company has obtained a second-party opinion from S&P Global. The framework has been given a rating of Light Green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green Bonds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

K-Fast Holding AB has issued senior unsecured green bonds in the amount of SEK 500,000,000 for 2025-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prospectus in English was published on 23 October 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n
