General meetings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The General Meeting of K-Fast Holding AB is the highest decision-making body through which the shareholders exercise their influence over the company. Annul General Meeting (\u201cAGM\u201d) is held in the first six months of each year, in H\u00e4ssleholm, Helsingborg or Gothenburg, Sweden. When voting at the AGM, each share Class A carry five (5) votes and a share Class B carry one (1) vote. Shareholders are entitled to vote for their full number of shares at the AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at a general meeting must request this in writing from the board. The request must normally be received by the Board no later than seven weeks before the AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual General Meeting 2026.<\/strong> The 2026 Annual General Meeting (\u201cAGM\u201d) in K-Fast Holding AB will be held on 20 May, at 4 p.m. CEST at Hotel Statt, Frykholmsgatan 13 in H\u00e4ssleholm. The 2025 Annual General Meeting in K-Fast Holding AB was held on 21 May 2025, at Hotel Statt, Frykholmsgatan 13 in H\u00e4ssleholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extraordinary General Meeting (\u201cEGM\u201d) in K-Fast Holding AB was be held on 6 March 2025 at the Head Quarters of the company on Bultv\u00e4gen 7 in H\u00e4ssleholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
