Corporate Governance<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

K-Fastigheter strives to operate its business sustainably, responsibly and as efficiently as possible, on behalf of our shareholders and other stakeholders. It is not just about what we do, but equally about how we do it. We are guided and controlled by a system of rules, practices and processes aimed at securing long-term growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate governance is about how a company is operated so that its owners\u2019 interests are safeguarded. Governance in Swedish listed companies is regulated through a combination of laws, regulations and established practice. Among the more important regulations are the Companies Act, the Annual Accounts Act, the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange Rulebook for issuers and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the \u201cCode\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n
